Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 19, 2026
Global Med Hubs is operated by Global Smart Hubs LLC (“Global Smart Hubs,” “Global Med Hubs,” “GMH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit globalmedhubs.com, communicate with us, participate in an authorized development test, or use services that link to this Policy.
Global Med Hubs is currently in development and pre-pilot readiness. Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing under appropriate agreements and production safeguards, the development environment must be used only with synthetic or fake data. Do not submit real patient information, protected health information (“PHI”), or other sensitive clinical information to the development environment.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to information processed through:
- The Global Med Hubs public website;
- Requests for information, demonstrations, support, or other communications with us;
- Authorized user and tester accounts;
- Our non-marketing development SMS program; and
- Other Global Med Hubs services that expressly link to this Policy.
This Policy does not replace a clinic’s own privacy notice. When Global Med Hubs processes information on behalf of a healthcare organization, that organization may determine why and how the information is used. Requests concerning information controlled by a clinic should generally be directed to that clinic.
2. Development Environment Notice
Synthetic or fake data only
Our current development and quality-assurance environments are not authorized for real patient data or PHI. Invited testers must use synthetic, fictional, or otherwise non-real information. Do not enter patient names, real medical details, clinical documents, recordings, insurance information, or other data that identifies or could reasonably identify a real patient.
Global Med Hubs does not claim through this Policy that its development environment is HIPAA compliant, HIPAA certified, or approved for production healthcare use. Any future production service involving PHI will require separate contractual, technical, security, and operational safeguards.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information.
Information You Provide
- Name, email address, telephone number, company or clinic affiliation, job title, and contact preferences;
- Account and profile information provided by authorized users or testers;
- Communications you send to us, including questions, feedback, support requests, and demonstration requests;
- Information submitted through website forms;
- Development SMS messages, opt-in and opt-out requests, HELP requests, delivery information, and consent records; and
- Other information you choose to provide.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use our website or services, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as:
- Internet Protocol address;
- Browser, device, and operating-system information;
- Pages viewed, links selected, referring pages, and approximate timestamps;
- Authentication, security, diagnostic, and activity logs; and
- Cookies or similar technologies used to operate, secure, remember preferences for, or understand use of the website.
Information Processed for Organizations
In a future authorized production relationship, Global Med Hubs may process communications and workflow information on behalf of clinics or other organizations under applicable service agreements and, when required, Business Associate Agreements. Those arrangements are separate from the present development environment and this public website Policy.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and development services;
- Create and administer authorized accounts;
- Respond to inquiries, support requests, and feedback;
- Conduct demonstrations, testing, quality assurance, and product development;
- Send and receive authorized non-marketing development SMS messages;
- Record and honor SMS consent, HELP requests, and opt-out choices;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;

- Comply with applicable law, lawful process, and enforceable agreements.
We do not use real PHI in the development environment. We do not use mobile numbers or SMS consent records for third-party marketing.
5. Development SMS Privacy
Non-marketing development SMS program
The Global Med Hubs development SMS program is limited to invited friends, family members, and testers. It is intended for non-marketing testing using synthetic or fake data.
Testers may opt in by texting START to the designated Global Med Hubs development number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out.
We may collect and maintain the tester’s mobile number, message content, timestamps, delivery status, consent method, and opt-in or opt-out history for program operation, security, troubleshooting, compliance, and recordkeeping.
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS consent records, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose limited mobile information to service providers that help us transmit messages, host systems, prevent abuse, provide support, or comply with law. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us or as otherwise legally required.
Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from responding through another method when you contact us separately or when communication is required for security or legal reasons.
The terms that govern participation in this program are described in the Global Med Hubs Terms of Service.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, communications, authentication, security, analytics, development, support, or other operational services. We seek to limit these disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the service being performed.
Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, or respond to a security incident.
Business Transactions
Information may be disclosed in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or provide appropriate consent.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining consent and opt-out records, resolving disputes, protecting security, and satisfying legal or contractual obligations.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the reason it was collected, the sensitivity of the information, and applicable requirements. We may retain limited records of an SMS opt-out to ensure that the preference continues to be honored.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no website, transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may:
- Opt out of development SMS messages by replying STOP;
- Request SMS help by replying HELP;

To submit a privacy request, email hello@globalmedhubs.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If the requested information is controlled by a clinic or another organization, we may direct you to that organization.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. We will evaluate requests under the law that applies to the request and our relationship with you.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Global Med Hubs website and development program are intended for adults and authorized business users. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact hello@globalmedhubs.com.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
